well just had a phone call from my tunners grove garage, suppost to be having a new cam and lifters , and then they said u have major low oil pressure u need a bottom end rebuild and they said they wont rebuild a 1.6 its not worth it and they cant build a 1.9/1.6 rebuild as there booked for nearly a yar and dont have time for more re-builds, so they said they can get me a 2.1zvh running bout 250bhp from fiest frenzy for £2500, im not sure wat to do.
Please can anyone advise me on wat to do either go 2.1zvh engine or get mine rebuilt by someone else or have a 1.9 bottom end wit a 1.6 head rebuild, wats best some rough prices would be good and wat would happen wit my old engine an all the part that are on it could they be re-used or wat
