FAO: Breakers. Questions about car removal.
Hi guys, just after answers to couple of questions.
When you buy a car to break, do you buy as normal, using the "sold to trader" box?
when you have then broken the car do you just fill out who scrapped the shell (presuming you have it removed, or take it to a scrap metal place yourself)?
Do the dvla have a problem with all the cars going thru your hands briefly before being scrapped.
Do you need to be registered at all to be a breaker? Or is it the same as a normal trader? Thinking of the fluid desposal laws here really, or is that all down to the end of life people, ie the folks who actually destroy/crush/whatever the shell?
