I have a dodgy knocking type noise coming from my passenger side!

It happens all the time now!

It has happened since I de-greased underneath my engine on Sunday because it had shit loads of oil under there so I have a feeling I could have de-greased something I shouldnt have? One of my CV Gaitors were a bit dodgy so could it be this?
