I've been running a chargecooler (from a well known company that I won't name for now) for about 2 years now over about 8000 miles and it's sprung a bunch of leaks. The manufacturer basically says "well it's wear and tear and we expect them to wear out after a bit".

Now the cossie is only putting out about 260BHP so it's not going to be giving it a particularly hard time even. Does anyone else have any experience on how long a chargecooler should last for?
