Ignition timing or valve timing????? Ignition timing, theres a lug on the sump so mark on the crank pully a TDC mark and then set it up using a strobe lamp. Valve timing, you'll need a vernier pully for the cam as the zetec block is taller and if I remember right (was about 5yr ago that I last built a zvh tho lol) the belt teeth fall between 2 teeth (you'll end up either a tooth advanced or a tooth retarded) on the pully wiv out a vernier pully to line it up right.
