I had a court summons through for being caught by a gasto.

The court hearing is exactly a year after the date of the offence. It will bring my points total up to 9 so id like to get out of it if possible.

Is there anything i can do i thought theyd have to get it sorted within 6 months of the offence or itd be invalid??
