mate you charge to make a phone call that they could do, its the same as the privae reg firms who sell plates for 40% more than it costs em and all they do is recive the cheque and then buy the plate of dvla and then take the commision


its a rip off service , as for the doing the right steps if anyone in the firm makes a call and its confirmed then whats the difference

bet ya dont explain to all ya customers that all ya gotta do is bell DVLA and requst the info do ya

there is no service being offered there, its not even like the passort check the post office does as they help people who dont know, as for learning all the codes, it again is on dvla's website

its a pointless service


its like someone paying a guy to stand outside his house and take the post off the post man and for him to post it throught the door to garantee it gets delivered, the postman is still the same person
