mate dont get em wrong but the idea sucks as in all honesty they might not be aware of it, just like ya cant give a parking ticket for being parked in a res bay if the time plate has been removed even though there parked in a CPZ so there is no free parking and no ticket or not in the windw stating otherwise and for that reason i think doing them for driving DQ is wrong , but at that point ya nick em and inform em of going to court and then do as timrud states, much better and efficiant system imo

thats me going for the courts btw, see im not a total law breaker
