Right....

Like is said above you cannot be banned in your absense. If it looks like you will be disqualified as a totter on your DVLA print out, the court will deal with you in your absenses, then adjourn for you to attend. If you don't attend on your new date, you will go Warrent WITH Bail, meaning when the police catch up with you, your bailed to a new date at court. After about a month or two you will go Warrent WITHOUT Bail, meaning when the police catch up with you, your arrested and held in custody until the next available court (normally next day unless the next day is a Sunday).

So really it won't work...
i sence a inside knowlage here , hope ya a barrister or cleaner in a magistrates court and not the enemy
