you can not be banned UNLESS you attend court, no matter the amount of points ya have you have to attemot court to be banned, that means the next time he gets his coller felt he will be taken into custody and then taken to court and banned

ever notice when ya get a letter about going court you can pay 30 quid and not attend but in some situations you have no choice and you have to attend, thats because ya getting banned !!!!

his idea dont work about being banned as hes got a warant out for his arrest otherwise and will be done for ignoring a court order ( not a good thing to be done for but the fine aint much
