Couple of washes each week and a polish a month keeps it ok, but it'd be good to polish a bit more often
Well the first 2 stages of the meguiars stuff that i use are basically wipe on wipe off. takes no more than 10mins to do each one. you only need to use the first stage a few times anyway cos it's slightly abrasive.
the last stage (carnuba wax) takes longer because you have to let it dry for about 20mins before removing.
apply with an applicator pad and remove with a microfibre cloth.
