Hello and thanks for looking! i am going to be doing a head gasket soon due to some head work and just have a couple of questions i need help with! I have a 4x4 with forged low comp pistons with valve cut outs stg3 greens etc running on a grp A head gasket i would like to go to the next level ie bd14 inlet cam bd10 exhaust double springs and a go on the flow bench but when i put it all back together i would like to stud the block and use a wrc gasket (head gaskets are no probs but never done a stud conversion before) my questions are 1: Does the block need to be machined for the studs? 2: can it be done in situe? 3: is it as simple as just bolting them in!!? I am not in a ruch as i am collecting the bit as and when i have to money but i would like to be clear in my head before i go to far! Thanks for your help :top:
