urgently need to know a way to work out how thick of a gasket i will need to lower compression for a turbo conversion.

is there any equation that can work out how much compression is lost for every extra 1mm of thickness on the head gasket on a 1.25 litre engine.

please help, im going to turbo my fezzer, brand new T2 is in the post
