Your best off using a dremel really, I dont think tin snips would be very easy. I used a cutting wheel, then a stone to clean up the edges. It's a pain to get the clip in securely, you have to use the stone to grind it down a little until the clip fits in its groove nicely, and a bit of muscle with a big screwdriver to push the clip in.

A XR2i one will fit straight in, as it's also for a CVH. It is in fact the exact same part number as the one for ERST. TBH I just ordered through a mate at Ford the 82deg Sierra item (it was the only one in the Ford catalog with 82deg that I could find), and when it arrived cut it down and stuck it in. It's not a hard job at all really. Just takes a bit of patience and a good dremel.

Why nobody mentioned the modding - well I just saw it as another bit of fun to do after work, I mod practically every part that I get to try to make it better in some way (more often than not it involves the Dremel ) - but I'm like that I guess....I prefer to spend thousands building a ZVH, instead of just buying an old Audi Turbo.
