This is perhaps a good tip for anyone having a try with fibreglass. This is how it goes, buy a can of foam (ya know that foam that triples in volume), anti gravel spray, fibre glass. Apply it on the well roughened surface or whatever you want to change, let it dry overnight, then take a brand new cutter and just slice in the desired shape, you can easily sand it down to get the shape you're after. Shake the can of anti gravel well and jus tspray it over the foam and the part(i.e. bumper), let it dry and then just apply the fibreglass, et voila. The antigravel prevents the hardener to be soaked up by the foam.
The engine bay is nearly finished, mm mmm doesn't that battery tray look nice??
Rearpanel and lid is done/mounted
The black roof, just needs to be finished (welding spots, etc...)
Front bumper should be finished within the week.
Engine progress is "0", but all parts have been bought or are beside the engine. Flowed head by roger sport, hybrid turbo, piper 285T, LUK clutch, hang on .....s**t haven't got a decent intercooler, anyone got a GRS or pace for spare or selling??
