Hi
first I bought some
ELRING OIL SEALS these are like the OEM ones
then I found that the new o seals that go round the bearing retainer were slightly bigger so I used the originals
the spacers were turned so I ground them on a cylindrical grinder it only took about 0.015mm
off
then i used loctite SI 5910 and put this round the new oil seals left for 24 hours to cure
then re assemble making sure the retainer was tapped right back in place and tightened cam cap bolts
also when tightening I pushed the retainer down as I went through the other cam caps this helps to keep the o seal go in evenly you could use the front caps for this
then once all is down take the front two caps off and put the same sealant under them
I all so used a socket and the camshaft bolt to hold the retainer in place
hope this all make sense
