From memory, go into Control Panel, and then into Scheduled Tasks (there should also be an icon in your system tray (by your clock) for this aswell......if there's anything in there regarding Chkdsk (disk-checking utility built into Windows), then delete it.

You should now be able to defrag your drives (it may take a reboot after deleting scheduled tasks, but shouldn't do).
