Am I missing something here Paul? The car is fitted with catalytic converters as standard from the factory, of course it is not dangerous but they have been removed, so how has it managed to pass MOT tests? If you bought it you would either have to find some back street dodgy MOT tester who probably would'nt give a fuck if there were other potentially serious faults on it which may get ignored or get new cats fitted and get it properly MOT tested. With its "interesting" past history I personally would not be buying it.
