i was going to find out how much it would be to retrofit the original 2 primary cats then offer him a price accordingly but if the mot testers turning a blind eye to no cats then youd wonder what else hes let pass through....
My Daughters partner has his own garage and MOT station and he said there was no way he would do a dodgy MOT regardless of how much he was offered or if it was for a friend. There are very strict penalties if you get caught and he said it is never worth the risk!!!
