A blind incompetent moron drove into the path of a speeding car without looking causing them both to crash.
Even if the blue car was not speeding....if a blind moron drives into it's path, there's still going to be a crash.
Both parties very much at fault as well as any bystanders encouraging stupid people...and them selves being stupid of course.
And then the authorities for not offering car fans suitable venues to do things in a safe manner
