You would need to have an assistant turn it over whilst you check, hence it’s best to start at the relay and work backwards (literally).

Whilst the fp wiring is prone to voltage loss with age, it wouldn’t be to this extent.

Thank you. I have sorted it now, only just found your reply. I think the pump was stuck on a dead point. Used a spare battery and made contact several times. All of a sudden the pump burst into life Car has been sitting for a while, all go now.
