I've gone hydraulic on mine using a 0.625.

Im now running a Helix 6 paddle with heavy duty race cover and the pedal feel is smooth and just as light as std clutch on cable.

best mod I've done so far, I sourced parts separate for mine using custom goodridge hoses and it still came in at £200
