Yes that Red/yellow is the Temp gauge, over the years the sensors did change from Spade to Round terminals.... once your up and running, any faulse readings on temperature will be down to the sensor being the incorrect one for the CVH engine, there colure coded, so other owners on hear could help hear re - correct one....I cant remember now.
