No oil cooling and no water cooling to turbo.
Most of the motor looks ok on temp apart from the rear of the head and as that's where the temp sender is it is showing high.
If the sender was somewhere else ( front of engine ) it would look like there wasn't a problem. Was thinking that as there isn't a modine or heater that the water is returning to the stat housing so quickly that it is stopping the cooler water from the rad. Or am I completely on the wrong track?
I don't know the answer mate.
For sure though a couple of hard laps and your oil temp will be through the roof without some form of oil cooling, 19 row mocal would do the trick.
