Fitted with new ally rad and header, new 4x4 thermostat housing, new stat 82degrees,new 4x4 water pump, new swirl pot, new Roose hoses, new sensors. Not got oil modine or heater, but have fitted Roose bypass hose from rear of head to stat housing. Readings from therm gun confirm what the temp in the dash is showing. Link ecu and dash2 pro fitted and set up by Norris. There is loads of flow from rear of head bypass hose when disconnected from stat housing. Have heard that a restrictor in that bypass hose is needed as there is no modine or heater in the system. Any help or advise would be really welcome. Thanks.
Well if everything is working as it should you need better or more heat exchangers to maintain stable temps.
What oil cooling do you have in place?
Are you using water cooling on the turbo? If so do you have a turbo cooler as these work well.
Couple of lads on here track their cossies and should be able to advise.
