My beam and rear ARB bushes were changed over the winter to for the Powerflex black series on my 2wd sapp, mine were also original Ford bushes,once inspected when removed they were totally shot.It has made a huge difference to the feel of the car now especially whilst cornering.
A very worthwhile mod especially if your still on the original Ford rubber bushes, they will be shot now due to rubber deteriation over the years.

Had the same as you on my 2wd Saff, plus ARB bushes, rear strut brace and poly diff mount for a while. Good modifications which does make a noticeable difference to road holding.
