my thoughts exactly i told him due to the distance if he get its MOT i pay for MOT if it passes and for the car i think thats a fair offer really , he never mentioned on description it MOT was expired he put it runs nicely, clearly not when mot expired 2yrs ago and been sitting about. if doesnt MOT i prob wont pay for it....guessing ebay cant force me?
