The fuel pump was working fine even with the dirty strainers. The only reason I’m changing it is because of the fuel demand I’ll be putting the system under. Ideally I’d want to run a proper swirl pot in the engine bay and a high pressure pump up there too, then just use the in tank pump as a lift pump. But I want to see if I can get away with just a high flow in tank pump first.
