hi hope this may be of help to someone. had fuel line come off filter and had huge ingress of air, had aa our tried easy start all the usual things,topped up filter but nothing error message said no rail pressure no pump pressure.aa said take to diesel specialist, no way could i afford that .
so took off bleed off pipe from filter to tank push in this connector with the 12 inch rubber pipe from valve thingy at front of engine,has valve on the left and insulated pipe leading to right,used this on a syringe to squirt fuel into system, wont go go 1st time so repeated but this time took off injection pipe from rail filled rail with syringe started 1st turn put pipe back on, all it cost me was some washer pipe and a cooking syringe £3.00 hope it helps
