I was in a big bike crash in 02 misdiagnosed knee injuries that wasn't corrected until 2 yrs after I had brain injury and psychological problems ptsd also when I had the operation to correct my injuries it took another 4 yrs to be able to walk properly and finally get back to work you can't predict how long it will take so how can you possibly accept before you've recovered your loss of earnings could be a lot more I'm not saying this for the sake of more money but all the other implications an unknown recovery brings like being on your arse with no way to pay your bills as I was i had private detectives following me everytime i went out of the house filming me i was going to hospitals pysio everyday psychologist weekly they edited off the destination to make it look like I was just going out then sent me the video lol
