we have had nuisance youths for about 3 years,the police only now have starte to turn up with the camera van and the kids are being scared off (these kids are between 14 and 17 ),also the police have put up a notice in the window of the shop that the kids in more than groups of 2 will be split up and move on in different directions ,if they are caught together in the same night twise they can be arrested,

I tell you now,the best way is to phone the police, but before they act they need xxx phone calls a month,from different people in the street aswell not just one person.
I watch 2 kids rip down a security light last Autumn, so i put me balaclarver on and went and twated the pair of em good and propper, no in between,you either do it or you dont so they know what they will get next time and it felt good i can tell ya, but theres always a bit of me thinking they might know who it was...
