Ok folks, So the cluster in the car looks to have had the original black decals removed and the white dials glued on in place of them as I can see and feel a sticky residue like evostick.

The replacement cluster has the "C" under the rev counter needle, the fuel gauge reads 15/30/45/60 and it's a 170mph speedo, a seat belt icon.
I've plugged it in and everything works as it should except the hazard warning light icon but the indicator icon illuminates fine.

It looks a alot better plain and o/e but I will search for a proper replacement correct to my year.
