Ive driven mk4 mondeos are they drive so much nicer than the mk3s.
maybe theres badge snobbery at the high end but were on the bottom rung so I don't think that matters. ive not found parts to be expensive either. 350mm brembo discs and pads for the front cost me under £150 to buy and a local garage fitted them for £60 . general service parts seem to be average as well.
