I still have the original stereo and amp for mine, came with the car when i bought it after someone had fitted sn aftermarket head unit.

Out of curiosity i just pulled the head unit out to see how it had been done and I'm missing a bit of the original loom.

The main car loom with the standard ford connectors for both power and speakers is ok, however the part that connects this to the head unit and amp has been butchered by whoever fitting the cd player.

Rs stian - i believe this is the bit you were lucky to find on ebay? I cant see myself finding one of them easily

The 8 pin circular connector on amp power supply are still behind the dash
