The ib5 from the iron block 1.3 ka will bolt up. The ib5 from the alloy block 1.25 1.6 1.7 will Not bolt up.
What box is on the focus ? I know the 2.0 is mtx75 and the st170 is the getrag 6 speed.
Thanks for the help big wasa. Such a huge help. The gearboxes im working with are both IB5 ( im told the best way to tell is that the gear selector cables are round the front of the box).
The gears in the focus box are chewed so im in the process of swapping the focus bellhousing onto.the fiesta box. That way the zetec starter position is ine correct place.
