For a quick fix turbo conversion you want a Fiesta RS Turbo engine and an OFAC ECU. Forget throwing rods and pistons at the XR3i engine. This is plug and play with the addition of a MAP sensor wire. Using OFAC, the engine can be modified to be good for up to 195BHP. I pretty much run this at 10PSi and mine makes 162BHP.

Have a good look at my sticky at the top of this room, it goes in to great detail on this conversion.

Appreciate that Lee! And many thanks for your contribution!

I definitely think this is on the cards now at some point on the Orion gets its temp ZT conversion done...ECU should turn up today so that can finally come off the road for the conversion!

Hopefully put it together with parts I have laying around to!
