People alway have a reserve in mind but keep the starting point low to attract watchers/bidders.
Had it no end of times before, won and item and the seller refusing to let it go for "that cheap".

I won a 4x4 saph front prop once for 99p with a tenner postage, the seller left me feedback saying "you got lucky cheers" at the end of the day he should have put a reserve on it but fair play for playing the game fairly and the prop arrived in the post a few days later
