drill the pedal first,then lift the clutch pedal so its level with the other two.
use a small spirit level hold it on the side of the pedal through the centre of the hole youve just drilled and mark the bulkhead,then measure half the thickness of the pedal (cant remember the size now)from the mark on the bulkhead that will give you centre of the pedal.
drill that hole for the rod to go through then you can mark and drill for the retaining bolts.

That is the best way to do it to keep the position of the clutch pedal in line with the brake pedal.
My clutch pedal lines up nicely.
Master cylinder also looks neat and tidy.
