Thanks I was almost correct, its the RS ones to go for!!
Keeping it simple ET is how the wheel sits on the hub, low ET and the wheel comes out and fouls the arch high ET the wheel sits in and fouls the suspension get the correct ET and the wheel sits in the correct place and is safe, forget the J its not important but having an extra half inch is
