Yes mate full planning as it within a metre of the boundary and the roof is over 2.5 metres high.
Planning isn't that bad £172 , its building regs that fuck you up , £380 just for someone to check your doing it right is abit steep , mind you he did do the calcs for the steels in the roof and my mate ended up paying £500 to get his calcs done recently.
