I know they come with instructions but different sources claim different methods, also this claims that it should be poured into radiator, I have no radiator thing to pour into so am I best to undo the radiator hose and pour it into there ?

It doesn't mention removing the thermostat, but would taking out the thermostat be a better solution to help it flow through better or will it stop the car from reaching op temp ?
