I regularly drive a 1.9 gti, it is loud, rattly and unrefined but by god do you get connected with the journey, would I drive to Scotland in it, NO, I would take my 330 BMW, the e30 in your sig, oh yes, that's weekend fun. My Range Rover, AMG, 996 911, 540I BMW, They were good cars but not weekend fun.

If you just want a nice car then a 350 merc diesel is every car you could ever want, if you want fun then you need to look at something different, this is just my opinion and what I like, it doesn't mean an rs6 is wrong for you, it is just not fun to me.
