Alternator is toast mate. Auxiliary belt has a tensioner on it so it's not a stretchy belt. Power steering is run by an electric pump under the drivers headlight and is the first thing to stop when the alternator dies. It is a smart charge alternator and I really would advise getting a genuine one.
