I was running standard 4x4 cooler with T3 @ 19 PSI and switched to Airtec 60 mm RS500 IC and didn't really notice any difference powerwise. Std 4x4 cooler is pretty decent at that level but uprated intercooler is always a good thing to keep inlet temps down. With high boost it's a necessary thing to fit bigger intercooler.
