Apologies for bringing up this thread again. But today I was parked in a supermarket car park and when I came back the car was dead. Wouldn't start
no lights zilch.
Rang for the RAC and he jump started it, then said it looked like something had been left on while I was shopping.
Of course it's that damn fan again causing problems, but each time I have taken it in it hasn't happened. It only does it occasionally and the garage have said they can find nothing wrong.
I am fed up now, having to wait over 3 hours for the RAC to turn up and jump start was the straw that broke the camels back.
I have always loved my Fords but this one is rubbish. It's only done 700 miles now and has caused me no end of trouble.
