Hi all.

I'm moving house at the end of the month and going from a 2 car timber workshop to a single garage. I'm thinking of extending back off the garage with a timber workshop.

Now, will I need PP as it's within 1m of the boundary, or will is be a PD as it's an extension of an original development and build of timber (so classed as a temporary structure)??

Any advice would be appreciated chaps!
