And if the boost control is plumbed exactly as AEM list in their instructions, there should be no difficulty making 16psi or more with very low controller duty.

Unless there are huge leaks, the intake and exhaust manifold certainly wont be the problem.
The larger turbine housing would be worth changing to a smaller one though as it should be relatively cheap.
Well i can get a smaller turbine housing in either .52 or .62 not exactly cheap at close to £400 but if it solve problem not too bad
like i said above local rolling road guy that mapped it dosen't normally do turbo stuff and just reckoned turbo was too big,
