Probably the best £200 anyone doing thier own car maintenance can spend
I've had mine best part of 6 years, maybe more?

I've broke torx bits a few times, even a ratchet and have always just walked in, spoke to someone, swapped parts over and walked out

Today I've walked back in with a ratchet with a screw missing ( fell out and can't find it )
And the socket that holds all the screw/ torx bits, the clip that holds the bits in has broke
I expected just a screw and a clip

I've walked out with a new ratchet and a replacement socket is on order!


I really can't fault this lifetime warranty Never had a quibble off any of the staff I've approached with a warranty claim
