Hi Mr Singh

Cambelt on the 1388, 1.4 16v Duratec/Mazda engine is every 60,000 miles. Best to change the waterpump and tensioner if the car is on over 120,000 mls. Fairly straightforward job to do yourself although access is tight. Wheel arch liner out job!. Or recon on £250+ for a good garage to do it.
Make sure you do change it because this engine will bend its valves causing major engine damage if it breaks.
