Thanks for advice guys
If your adamant on MFi, you need everything from an ERST:

Loom from an ERST
Both ECU's (fuel and ignition) from an ERST
Fuel metering unit
Sensors from an ERST
Head and inlet from an ERST
Cam for an ERST
Bottom end from an ERST

I did as Boeb suggested with a bit of a twist, but for EFi you'll need:

Loom from an EFi XR3i or FRST
ECU and sensors from an FRST
Head and inlet from any EFi 1.6 CVH
Injectors from an XR2i/FRST
Cam for an ERST
Bottom end from an FRST
And my sticky "How to" threat

MFi will cost you more than EFi to fit, expect to pay well over the odds for a known good metering unit if you can find one (your XR3i one is no good). As above, OFAB/OFAC aren't amazing, but a damn sight better than MFi and more scope to use more modern ECU's (e.g. OFAM) and injectors etc.
